Your first chocolate making experience

Duration: 30 min

Available: Tue-Sun

Begin your chocolate making journey with this short chocolate making experience. It does not matter if you are a kid, teenager, adult or senior. This come-as-you-go activity is for everyone to enjoy, and it’s something you can all do together.

Our chocolatiers will guide you through the basic steps of creating your very first chocolate bar or six chocolate lollies – you will get to choose from dark, milk or white chocolate and on top if any of the available ingredients and toppings of your choice. And the best part? Whatever you create goes home with you!

Your first chocolate making experience

Enjoyed your first chocolate making experience and want to continue your chocolate discover journey?

Being a chocolatier isn’t “only” about putting the chocolate bar together, but also knowing about its origin. That is why as the very first step you will enjoy guided tour through our experience center where you will discover the most important steps in cacao processing and chocolate production.

Then you will find yourself with hands full of chocolate – literally! During your chocolate workshop you will get to create 6 chocolate lollies with the toppings of your own choice. But that is just the beginning! You will continue your chocolate discovery journey with understanding of how pralines and truffles are made and of course you will create your own – 12 pieces of truffles and 14 pieces of pralines to be precise. In total you will be going home with more then 500 g of unique and nicely packaged chocolate products created by no one else but you! Ideal as sweet present or to delight yourself at home!

You can make Belgian truffles using a praline mold. Simpler pralines will be modeled from the ganage, which wewill also teach you to prepare. We will show you how to achieve luxurious truffles, beautifully smooth and shiny, without blemishes and bubbles.
