👨‍🍳 How to Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

1️⃣ Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
2️⃣ In a second bowl, whisk the sugar, oil and eggs.
3️⃣ Combine the wet and dry ingredients into a smooth dough.
4️⃣ Cover the dough and chill for at least 2 hours – this is what makes it crack.
5️⃣ Shape the chilled dough into balls and coat them generously in icing sugar.
6️⃣ Bake at 180 °C for 10–12 minutes; they should stay soft inside.
